Free of Cost Returns* & Exchanges

Doc Sneakers offers 15 days (NO QUESTIONS ASKED) returns and exchange policy gives you an option to return or exchange items purchased on www.docsneakers.in for three reasons within 15 days of receipt of the item. We only ask that you don't use the product and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging.

You are welcome to try on a product but please take adequate measure to preserve its condition. Because no refunds will be generated if we receive the products not in original condition.

If the product does not has any manufacturing defects or damages then the product will be eligible for exchanges only.

Once we receive your return, we will review the product and will credit the amount to you, excluding the shipping fee as refund to your store credit account (If the product is found in its original condition). Please generate your return/exchange request by dropping a mail on info@docsneakers.com or whatsapp on +91-8796455964.

You can exchange an item purchased for a new article if there was an error from our end while processing the order only. However all exchanges are subject to stock availability and subject to your address being serviceable for an exchange. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative product, the single shipping fee Rs.200 is borne by you.

If you return an order delivered to you for a non acceptable service claim then, original shipping charges will not be refunded plus an additional charges of Rs.500 will be deducted from your refund amount.

If you self ship the order in case of exchange, we will pay you back Rs.150 to compensate you for the courier expenses incurred by you. In Case of refund/return you will have to bear the courier charges.

Reasons for return/exchange may vary from:

1. Manufacturing defected product
2. Wrong Size/Colour delivered
3. Sizing issue is subjected for exchange only

Drop your return request email with order ID here: info@docsneakers.com. Refund will be generated to your store credit account, processing generally takes 7-10 business days, hence it involves courier and inspection time. You can cancel your orders within 3 hours of placing an order for free, post 6 hours we will not take cancellation request.

PLEASE NOTE:

1. Reverse pickup for exchange is subjected to the serviceability. For refunds, no reverse pickup service is available.
2. Must ensure to take a photo of the product and the reverse pickup executive together for smooth return experience.
3. Products below Rs.3000 are not eligible for returns (exchange or refund).
4. EMI payment mode orders are not refundable.
