• If the order is cancelled, lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including any shipping charges.
• If you cancel part of the order, part-refund will be processed excluding the shipping fee.
• For all exchanges, we will pick up depending on the service of pickup availability.
• If you return an order delivered to you, original shipping charges will not be refunded plus an additional charge of Rs.200 will be deducted from your refund amount. However if you self-ship your returns yourself, no amount will be deducted.
